Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC)

Looking for a flexible PRN role where your skills make a difference? Springfield Center for Living and Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN PTA to join our supportive rehab team. Help residents regain mobility, strength, and independence - while keeping your schedule flexible!

What You’ll Do

  • Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a PT
  • Assist residents with mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence
  • Document treatments and progress using Net Health
  • Collaborate with the rehab team to support resident-centered goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Active PTA license in Vermont
  • SNF/LTC experience preferred, but new grads welcome
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
