About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our evening shift team at Southern Hills Rehab Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met. Your attention to detail, empathy, and strong communication skills will enable you to build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
- Assist with vital signs, medication administration, and documentation of resident care
- Develop and maintain a positive, respectful rapport with residents, families, and fellow staff members
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care and support

Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient care
