- Welcome residents, families, and visitors
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain the front desk during evening hours
- Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized with the ability to multitask
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional
