About the job
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) / Restorative Nursing Assistants (RNA) to join our skilled nursing team. This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule , including every other weekend .
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide compassionate, safe, and respectful care
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines
- Provide supportive services to nurses and other staff as needed and perform duties as assigned
- Assist with weighing residents according to facility policy and record weights in designated locations
Report significant weight changes to the nurse and supervisor
- For RNA: assist with restorative nursing programs as assigned
- Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and rights
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in the state of [State]
- RNA certification
- Ability to work a rotating schedule with every other weekend
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
