$90,000 - $120,000/year + up to $5,500 in bonuses

What you’ll do
- Assess clients and design individualized, data-driven treatment plans
- Partner with families, teachers, and medical providers
- Coordinate referrals to speech, OT, and mental health providers
- Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs
- Keep documentation compliant with insurance and regulatory standards
What you’ll need
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Valid NJ LBA license, or eligibility before your start date
- Strong communication skills and a calm, empathic approach
- Medicaid and insurance billing familiarity is a plus
