Platinum Therapy is seeking multiple Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for in-person, school-based positions in Marysville, California .

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Provide engaging speech-language therapy tailored to each student's needs.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to support student development.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Support students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current California licensure and any other applicable credentials required for the position.
- Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with children, families, and school teams.
- Experience with early intervention strategies preferred.
