Platinum Therapy is seeking multiple full-time Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows (CFYs) to join our team in Coachella, CA . This is an in-person, school-based opportunity for aspiring speech-language pathologists to begin their careers, complete their Clinical Fellowship, and make a meaningful difference in students' lives.

Position Overview

As a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow, you will provide speech and language services to students with a variety of communication needs while working under the supervision of an appropriately qualified speech-language pathologist. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support students' communication development and progress toward their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.

Responsibilities

• Support speech and language assessments to identify students' communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with guidance from your supervising SLP.
• Provide engaging, student-centered speech and language therapy services.
• Help students work toward their IEP goals and improve their communication skills.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment approaches with supervisory guidance.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and other members of the educational team.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning as appropriate.
• Participate in clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development throughout the Clinical Fellowship.
• Create a positive, supportive, and engaging environment for students.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program, or expected completion before the start date.
• Eligibility to begin a Clinical Fellowship and meet applicable California licensure requirements.
• Strong understanding of pediatric speech, language, and communication development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a school-based team.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
• Willingness to participate in required clinical supervision and mentorship throughout the fellowship.
