Optimal Care Therapy's sister company, Think Smart Therapy is seeking passionate Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologists (CF-SLPs) to join our clinic-based teams in Chicago/ Skokie Areas. What We're Looking For
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong passion for working with children in a school-based setting
- Commitment to completing Clinical Fellowship requirements
What You'll Experience
- Structured Clinical Fellowship supervision aligned with IL and ASHA guidelines
- Direct and indirect mentorship from experienced CCC-SLP supervisors
- Guidance to help you develop independent clinical skills
- Ongoing feedback to strengthen clinical effectiveness and confidence
- Hands-on experience delivering therapy services in a clinic-based setting
