About the job

Judson Health Center is seeking a full-time primary care provider to join our integrated primary care team which is currently comprised of adolescent medicine, internal medicine and family medicine physicians, clinical social workers, integrated care psychiatrists and a wonderful nursing and admin staff. This position will be an internal medicine or family physician.

Historically well-known for serving the surrounding Hispanic and Asian communities, NYC H+H Gotham Health, Judson, is more recently well-known in NYC for our innovative Bridge program focused on serving older adolescents, emerging adult and LGBTQ+ populations. Our approach emphasizes affirming access, connectivity, and behavioral health integration including mental health and substance use support.

A century-old health center, Judson is a smaller federally qualified health center (FQHC) within NYC Health and Hospitals, the largest public health system in the nation. While working in a more intimate freestanding setting, we are a part of Gouverneur Health, the largest outpatient diagnostic and treatment center in NYS and an academic affiliate of NYU Grossman School of Medicine, and benefit from the support of their primary care departments and community at large. Judson is located at 34 Spring St. in Soho, Manhattan.

This is a full-time outpatient MD/DO clinical position. The ideal candidate is board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin/Cantonese would be of value. Gotham Health has an expectation for some evening and weekend hours for clinical coverage.

NYU Langone Health is an equal opportunity employer and committed to inclusion in all aspects of recruiting and employment. All qualified individuals are encouraged to apply and will receive consideration.
