Northcrest Nursing & Rehabilitation located in Napoleon, Ohio, is hiring compassionate and dependable RNs for day shift. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities - choose the schedule that works best for you while making a meaningful difference for residents each day.
What you’ll do
- Provide skilled nursing care and medication administration
- Complete assessments, documentation, and resident care plans
- Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the care team
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
- Help maintain a positive, team-focused environment
What we’re looking for
- Current Ohio RN license
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- A dependable nurse who leads with compassion and professionalism
