Northcrest Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is hiring Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for Day Shift in Napoleon, Ohio!

Experienced CNAs and newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply!
CNA Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Assist residents with meals, feeding, and hydration
- Help with transfers, mobility, ambulation, and repositioning
- Take and record vital signs as directed
- Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs
- Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Follow individualized resident care plans
- Maintain resident dignity, privacy, comfort, and independence
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, families, and other healthcare team members
- Work together with the nursing team to provide excellent resident care

CNA Qualifications
- Current CNA certification
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Long-term care, nursing home, or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required
