Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at North Country Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Massena, New York. As a supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring the highest level of quality care for our patients. About the Role
As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising a team of licensed nurses to ensure that patients receive individualized, high-quality care that meets their unique needs and goals
- Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitoring patient outcomes and making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal care
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
- Providing guidance and support to staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide the best possible care
- Participating in Quality Improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and excellence in patient care
