About the Role

As a CNA, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take vital signs and report changes in condition to the nursing team
• Assist with feeding, hydration, and medication administration as needed
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements

• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Arkansas
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, and stand for long periods of time
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
