Your Role
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal resident outcomes
- Monitor resident conditions, including vital signs, and report changes appropriately
- Promote restorative care to encourage resident independence and well-being
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
- Support and mentor nursing staff to foster a positive, patient-centered environment
- Ensure resident comfort, safety, dignity, and quality of care
Who We’re Looking For
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Passionate about providing personalized, compassionate care
- Team-oriented, dependable, and committed to quality care
- Motivated to grow professionally in a supportive healthcare environment
