Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant, CNA to join our team at Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation & Nursing Center on a Weekend Shift . As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Our state-of-the-art center offers cutting-edge post-acute care and rehabilitation services, and we are committed to revolutionizing care delivery through our dedicated employees.
About the Role
As a Certified Nurse Assistant, CNA , you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents under the supervision of licensed nurses. Your duties will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Participating in resident care conferences and contributing to individualized care plans
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
