Little Champs ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team at our newly opened center. You'll work in a dedicated center-based setting, collaborate with experienced BCBAs, and help children build meaningful skills in a structured learning environment.

We're looking for a caring, dependable RBT who enjoys working with children and wants to grow in the ABA field. You'll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, ongoing learning, and making a real difference for the families we serve.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, center-based ABA therapy
• Help clients develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation
• Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow RBTs to support client progress
• Participate in ongoing training and clinical development

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to helping children develop independence and reach their goals
