Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide basic nursing care, including vital signs and wound care
- Support patients with mobility and transfers, utilizing proper body mechanics and safety protocols
- Record accurate and comprehensive patient data in electronic medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety standards
- Report changes in patient condition or status to licensed nursing staff promptly and effectively
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Florida
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
