About the job

BCBA (Telehealth, 1099) | Florida Statewide | Full Time or Part Time Caseloads

$60 to $65 per hour based on experience

About the role

House of Hearts is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide telehealth services for clients throughout Florida. We are one of the most passionate and mission driven teams in ABA, and we are looking for clinicians who can help supervise a caseload across the Florida market while delivering high quality, family centered care.

Who we are

House of Hearts is an established, multi state ABA organization serving children ages 1 to 18. We were built from the ground up by people who have spent years in the special needs community, and every decision we make starts with one question: what is best for this child and this family?

The opportunity

We are bringing on independent contractor BCBAs to provide telehealth services for Florida cases statewide. This role works for you whether you want a full time caseload or a few part time cases alongside a position you already hold with another company. You set your availability, and we build your caseload around it.

What the work looks like

  • Conducting supervision of RBTs via telehealth
  • Leading parent training sessions that give caregivers real confidence and real tools
  • Writing and updating treatment plans and progress reports
  • Documenting sessions and data in CentralReach

Who we are hoping to meet

  • Active BCBA certification and eligible to practice in Florida
  • Experience delivering supervision and parent training through telehealth
  • Comfortable working in CentralReach
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) strongly preferred. If you can connect with families in their own language, you will change lives here.
  • Someone who genuinely loves this work and wants every session to matter

Why BCBAs choose House of Hearts

  • Flexibility that is real. Full time, part time, or part time on top of your current role. You choose.
  • Clear, competitive pay. $60 to $65 per hour depending on experience. This range is firm.
  • Operational backing. Our team handles intake, scheduling, and authorizations so you can focus on clinical work.
  • A mission you can feel. Your work will directly shape the progress of children and families across Florida.

If you are looking for a place where your expertise is valued and your work truly matters, we would love to hear from you.
