We are seeking a personable, outgoing, and patient Concierge to join our team. The Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for residents, families, visitors, vendors, and community partners. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment by assisting with inquiries, directing visitors, coordinating services, and supporting resident and family satisfaction. The Concierge plays a vital role in promoting a positive image of the facility and enhancing overall customer service.

Preferred Experience : CNA certification strongly preferred but not required

Concierge Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Admissions Department with paperwork for all new resident admissions
• Maintain daily contact with residents and families to ensure customer satisfaction
• Make regular rounds throughout the facility to address resident and family needs
• Ensure resident rooms are prepared and ready prior to all new admissions by working closely with the interdisciplinary team
• Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and facility departments
• Identify and escalate concerns in accordance with facility policy
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with facility procedures

Concierge Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service or healthcare experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong focus on resident and family satisfaction
