About the Role

As an RBT, you will work closely with our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each child. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing behavioral interventions and strategies in various settings, including home, school, and clinic
• Collecting and recording data on child behavior to inform treatment plans
• Collaborating with family members and caregivers to develop and implement treatment goals
• Maintaining accurate records and reports of treatment sessions and progress
• Communicating effectively with colleagues, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans with children, ages 2-18, with autism spectrum disorder and related diagnoses
• Utilize evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to promote skill acquisition and reduction of problem behaviors
• Collect and record data on child behavior, including frequency, duration, and intensity
• Collaborate with BCBAs to review data and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment sessions, including session notes, observations, and data collection

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, human services)
• Completion of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Ability to work with children of varying ages and abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
