Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Hidden Light ABA, dedicated to enhancing the lives of children through personalized ABA therapy. As an RBT, you will work closely with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement behavior intervention plans and provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.

About the Role

As a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Hidden Light ABA, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children with developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Providing direct 1:1 therapy to individuals
  • Collecting data on targeted behaviors
  • Collaborating with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementation
  • Assisting in the development of individualized care plans
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
