Join our dedicated team at Grove Park Healthcare Center, where we revolutionize care delivery and prioritize patient-centered care. As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their optimal level of function and independence.
About the Role
As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of an occupational therapist to design and implement occupation-based interventions to address the needs of our patients. Your duties will include:
- Assisting occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Conducting occupational therapy sessions with patients, including implementing exercises, activities, and interventions
- Monitoring patient progress and reporting any changes or concerns to the occupational therapist
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
