The Greens at Hendersonville is seeking an experienced and dependable RN/LPN Weekend Unit Manager to join our clinical leadership team.

This position is designed for a strong nurse leader who is available to work every weekend while enjoying some flexibility with weekend scheduling . If you have Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Charge Nurse, or Unit Manager experience and are ready to take on a leadership role, we want to hear from you.

As our Weekend Unit Manager , you'll provide hands-on clinical leadership, support the nursing team, and help ensure our residents continue receiving exceptional care throughout the weekend.

Your Impact as a Weekend RN/LPN Unit Manager

As the Weekend Unit Manager , you will provide clinical leadership and oversight while supporting nurses and CNAs throughout the weekend.

Your responsibilities will include

• Leading and supervising weekend clinical operations for your assigned unit

Supporting, coaching, and mentoring nurses and CNAs

Ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care

• Performing clinical assessments and ensuring accurate documentation
• Monitoring changes in resident conditions and communicating appropriately with physicians and families

Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care

• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations

Supporting infection prevention, quality improvement, and survey readiness

Providing hands-on leadership and problem-solving support for weekend staff

Promoting a positive, collaborative environment for residents and employees

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted North Carolina RN or LPN License

Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred

Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, or Nursing Leadership experience preferred

Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities

Ability to effectively lead, motivate, and support nursing staff

Dependable and available to work every weekend
