Job Summary

Golden Care Therapy NJ is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BCBA to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional ABA Therapy services in Newark, New Jersey. As a BCBA with our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing customized treatment plans to help our clients achieve their goals and build a brighter future. Hybrid Options Available.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate BCBA to join our team of experts in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children with Autism. As a BCBA with Golden Care Therapy NJ, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs and goals
- Collaborating with our team of therapists and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery
- Providing parent training and education to involve the family in the treatment process
- Assessing client progress and making data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
- Staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA Therapy
