Job Summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking a visionary Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our new clinic in Hamilton Township, New Jersey. As a founding Clinic Director, you will have the unique opportunity to build a team, culture, and programs from the ground up. Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of clients while leading clinical quality across the center
• Oversee assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and data-based program changes
• Review clinical data regularly to catch stalled programs early and drive continuous improvement
• Recruit, hire, and onboard BCBAs and RBTs as the clinic grows
• Supervise through observation, modeling, and feedback, in line with BACB supervision and ethics requirements
• Lead regular case reviews and team meetings, and build a learning culture that keeps people here
• Partner with families from intake through discharge, with consistent and compassionate communication
• Build referral relationships with local pediatricians, schools, and community providers
• Coordinate care with SLPs, OTs, and other providers
• Work with scheduling, intake, and operations to keep authorizations, staffing, and utilization on track
• Hit clinic quality and growth goals, with support from leadership and central teams

Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification and a New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license, or eligibility to get one
• 2+ years of BCBA experience, including supervising RBTs
• Completed the BACB 8-hour supervision training
• Experience with early learners or center-based programming preferred; leadership experience a plus
• Able to keep up with young children physically (floor play, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs)
• CPR/First Aid, or willingness to get certified at hire
