Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Maintains supply of applications and related documents; tax forms; direct deposit forms
Administrative/Other
- Establishes good public relations by being courteous to all
- Maintains visitors’ sign in/out log
- When new residents arrive, notifies social services and/or nursing unit
- Keeps reception area/lobby clutter free
- Distributes mail
- Performs various secretarial and support tasks for the Administrator and other departments
- Observes Resident’s Rights at all times.
- Ensures all residents do not leave the building unaccompanied.
- Reports to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrates dependability and punctuality.
- Attends in-services as required.
- Assumes accountability for data contained in the employee work rules/handbook.
- Maintains confidentiality of all information relating to any person associated with Evergreen Commons Rehabilitation and Nursing Center to include but not limit to residents, family members, visitors and employees.
- Complies with all work rules including those that pertain to health
- Complies with the terms of the Corporate Compliance Program
- Performs other duties as requested
