Empire Care Centers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Liaison/Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our team! As a valued member of our staff, you will play a critical role in overseeing various business office functions, including resident files, payroll, accounts payable, and more. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional care and a strong background in business, human resources, or related fields, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities
- Submit and track Medicaid applications via Gateway and GAMMIS
- Guide families through documentation and spend-down requirements
- Coordinate with Medicaid caseworkers and state agencies for approvals and appeals
- Collaborate with legal, hospice, and corporate billing teams to resolve issues and ensure timely approvals

Required Qualifications
- Experience in Business, Human Resources, Admissions, or related fields
- Prior experience working in a long-term care organization
- Experience in processing Medicaid applications and payroll
