What You’ll Do
As a CNA at Elm Manor, you will play an essential role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing compassionate, hands-on care and support.
Responsibilities include
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living
- Monitoring and documenting vital signs and changes in condition
- Supporting residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Assisting during meal service and supporting nutritional needs
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Promoting a warm, positive, and respectful atmosphere for residents and families
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in New York State OR currently scheduled to take the state CNA exam
- Successful completion of a CNA training program
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, positive, and motivated attitude
