This role also includes on-call responsibilities, with the ability to return to the facility within 30 minutes when called in.

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care across surgical services
• Supervise and coordinate patient care throughout the surgical experience
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
• Ensure patient safety and maintain high standards in the OR environment
• Support and educate patients and families before and after surgery
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team

What You Bring

Required

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or a compact licensure state

Preferred

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (required to obtain per BSN policy)
• CPR – Provider C certification
