What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional patient-centered care in a busy Emergency Department
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changing patient conditions
• Coordinate and supervise nursing care to promote positive outcomes
• Develop and evaluate individualized plans of care
• Educate and support patients and families during challenging situations
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely, effective treatment

Qualifications

Required

• Current RN license in Indiana or a compact licensure state

Preferred

• BSN
• Emergency Department experience
• ACLS, PALS, or TNCC certifications
