Key Responsibilities
Assess and Evaluate: Conduct thorough evaluations to understand each patient’s unique challenges and goals.
- Craft Personalized Plans: Develop and implement creative and effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Engage and Inspire: Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to motivate patients and enhance their recovery experience.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate and Empower: Guide patients and their families through the rehabilitation process, equipping them with the knowledge to continue their progress at home.
Qualifications
Valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.
- Previous experience in a subacute or rehabilitation setting is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and assist patients as needed.
- Capability to remain active and engaged throughout the day.
