About the Role
Cornerstone Treatment Facilities Network is looking for a compassionate, motivated Substance Abuse Counselor to join our clinical team. We are a short-term, inpatient chemical dependency treatment program for adults, known for our individualized, dignity-centered approach to recovery. If you're driven by purpose and want your work to matter, this is the place for you.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual and group counseling to adults in active recovery
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the clinical team
- Help clients identify underlying issues and build practical coping strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress and treatment
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
What You Bring
- Active credential or licensure: CASAC-T, CASAC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC required
- Experience in both individual and group counseling settings
- Proficiency with computers and basic documentation systems
- CPR certification required prior to start
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) - a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish - a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $54,080 – $70,000 , based on credential and experience
