Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN/LPN PRN to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a RN/LPN PRN , you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. In this role, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver individualized care plans, monitor resident conditions, and provide treatments and interventions as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
- Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor resident conditions, reporting changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Maryland
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and caring towards residents
Work Schedule
- Per Diem status (variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends)
