Chestnut Hill Lodge Health & Rehab Center
Chestnut Hill Lodge Health & Rehab Center is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide flexible, high-quality rehabilitation support.
Role Overview
The PTA will carry out treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist and help residents improve mobility, safety, and functional independence.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled therapy interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- Assist with exercises, gait training, transfers, balance activities, and functional mobility.
- Observe resident response to treatment and report progress or concerns.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation and interdisciplinary care teams.
Qualifications
- Current PTA license or eligibility to practice in the applicable state.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Dependable, flexible, and resident-focused approach.
Schedule / Job Type
PRN / as needed.
