Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Behavioral Unit team at Cedars of Lebanon in Lebanon, Ohio. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Our Behavioral Unit is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals with mental health and behavioral needs. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in our Behavioral Unit, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with our policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor and report any changes in resident status or condition to the charge nurse or supervisor
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments, such as social services and therapeutic recreation, to provide a holistic approach to resident care
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Ohio
- 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
The $10,000 sign on bonus will be offered to the selected candidate who are hired FULL TIME
