Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Lake Ridge On-Call

Lake Ridge Care Center, a Cassia senior community, is hiring day shift on-call Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated care team. As a CNA at Lake Ridge , you will assist residents with ADLs for our residents which include toileting, bathing, dressing and other activities of daily living. In this role, you'll also help ensure a clean, safe and comfortable environment while working closely with Nurses and fellow team members to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. Position Type: On-Call

On call shift available:

Days: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Wage Range: $22.60 - $24.96 / hour depending on experience

Shift Differential: $4 /per hour for evening and nights

Location: 310 Lake Blvd S, Buffalo, MN 55313

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) requirements

• Current Minnesota Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate required.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule
• 6+ months of experience required
