Certified Nursing Assistant CNA 2000 Bonus

Valley View Village , a Cassia community, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated care team. As a CNA at Valley View Village , you will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. You’ll also help ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while working closely with Nurses and fellow team members to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and dependable individual who thrives in a team-focused setting and finds purpose in supporting the well-being of older adults each day.

Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position

Shifts Available:

Day 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

Evening 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm

Night 10:00 pm to 6:30 am

Wage Range: $18.50 - $23.68 / hour depending on experience

Bonus: $2,000 (Evening shift only)

Certified Nursing Assistant Responsibilities

• Your main duty is to let the Nurse (your supervisor) know about any changes residents may be exhibiting.
• Helping residents to and from bathrooms.
• Conversing with and comforting residents.
• Answering residents' call buttons.
• Providing residents with drinks and snacks.
• Changing bedding.
• Helping residents change into clean clothing.

Certified Nursing Assistant Qualifications

• Current IA Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Desire and passion to help aging adults with daily needs.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
