We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team at Carriage Square Rehab and Healthcare Center in St. Joseph, MO. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to assigned patients, including administering and documenting medications and treatments
- Assist physicians and others with diagnostics and procedures
- Support and educate patients and families with care instructions
- Collaborate in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Monitor and report patient vital signs, symptoms, and conditions
- Document observations and responses to nursing care
- Maintain a safe, comfortable, and clean environment
- Support unit management and serve as charge nurse when assigned

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
