About the Role
BAYADA is seeking a dependable, organized, and service-minded Client Services Associate (CSA) to join our Behavioral Practice Network (BPN) office serving Camden County.
In this role, you will help coordinate client services, maintain accurate files and records, support daily office operations, and contribute to a positive experience for the individuals and families we serve. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is process-oriented, comfortable with technology, and interested in growing along the CSA-to-Client Services Manager career path.

- Maintain organized, accurate, and timely client files and documentation.
- Follow established workflows, tools, and scheduling processes.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, employees, and leadership.
- Support the team in tracking and understanding key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, generally approximately one week on and one week off. On-call participation is expected and compensated separately from base salary.
- Use technology and office systems to manage information, communication, and daily priorities.
- Support occasional local resource fairs or community events, generally within approximately 15 minutes of the office, as needed.
- Provide reliable follow-through and maintain professional standards in a fast-paced service environment.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director.
Required Qualifications
- A four-year college graduate or brings equivalent experience.
- Ability to follow structured processes, workflows, and technology-based tools.
- Familiarity with or comfort supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Clinical experience is not required; relevant personal or professional experience is valued.
- Strong reliability, professionalism, organization, and follow-through.
- Willingness and ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
- Ability to communicate directly, respectfully, and transparently.
- Comfort working on-site and collaborating closely with a local team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish-language skills are highly valued because of the population served.
- Experience in home health, behavioral health, IDD services, ABA or a related human services setting.
- Experience working with KPIs (metrics/goals), service coordination, client records, or office operations.
- Interest in developing toward a Client Services Manager role.
Compensation and Career Growth
- Starting salary range: $50,000–$55,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
- On-call compensation is provided separately from base salary.
