Job Summary

Red Oak Hospice seeking an experienced and compassionate RN On Call Triage Nurse to join our team at Autumn Lake Healthcare in Bridgeton, NJ. As a member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families. About the Role

As an RN On Call Triage Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your duties will include:

• Triage , assessing patients' conditions, and providing emergency care as needed
• Coordinating care with other healthcare professionals and facilities
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Providing education and support to patients and their families
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care

Requirements

• Licensure: Current NJ RN licensure
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Additional Requirements

• Work Schedule: One week on, one week off
• Vacation Time: 2 weeks PTO
• Employee Benefits: Ongoing development and training opportunities
• Hospice Experience: A plus, but not required
• Driver's License and Reliable Car: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable car
