Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Medication Technician to join our team at our Cassville, Missouri location. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for administering medications, providing personal care, and promoting independence and dignity for our residents. Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor residents' responses to medications and report any adverse reactions
• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, toileting, and transferring
• Implement care plans and resident-centered interventions to promote independence and dignity
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and internal teams to ensure seamless care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry standards and best practices

Requirements

• Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with assistance
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
