Schedule/Shift
Shift is from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a requirement of 1:4 weekends and one overnight call (11 PM - 7 AM) for trauma call if on a specialty team.
Job Description
The Surgical Technologist will work in the Operating Room, handling surgical cases, specifically focusing on ENT with a strong procedural background preferred. Experience with Single Port Robot systems is helpful but not required. The facility operates a Level 1 trauma center.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and management of the operating room.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to support patient care during procedures.
- Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and maintenance of the surgical environment.
- Assist with a variety of surgical cases, specifically ENT, Ortho trauma, and others as needed.
Required Experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
- A minimum of 1 year of travel experience in a surgical tech role.
Certifications/Licensure
- Current CST certification required.
