Schedule/Shift
Evening shift from 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with rotation Monday through Friday and weekend coverage from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Job Description
The CT Technologist will operate imaging equipment, including the GE Revolution Evo and Beijing Optima, to perform various procedures such as CTA, Abdomen/Pelvis, Brain, MSK, and Chest. The role will involve working independently as well as collaborating in a team-oriented environment while adapting to a fast-paced clinical setting. Documentation will be managed through the Meditech system.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures including CTA and assessments of various body regions.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of imaging equipment.
- Document patient information and imaging procedures accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide quality patient care.
- Adhere to safety protocols and departmental policies.
Required Experience
- Experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital or clinical setting.
Certifications/Licensure
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and CT Certification.
- State of Florida General Radiographer License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
