Position Summary
As an RN or LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and oversee the daily activities of nursing assistants. You’ll play a key role in ensuring high-quality, compliant, and compassionate care .
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Supervise and support CNAs on your shift
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Communicate effectively with physicians and care teams
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license (Illinois)
- Current CPR certification
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
- Capable of assisting residents as needed
- Ability to handle the physical and emotional demands of the role
