About the Role

As a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) at Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and monitor patient progress. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective care delivery
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes
