What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for visitors and calls
• Keep the office running smoothly (supplies, scheduling, coordination)
• Assist with onboarding new hires and general office projects
• Support different departments (HR, finance, operations) as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional presence
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
• Tech-comfortable (Outlook, basic Excel, etc.)
• No healthcare experience required
