Advocate Healthcare of East Boston is looking for an experienced Registered Dietitian to join our team and play an important role in the nutritional care and overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents’ nutritional needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Monitor nutritional status and make recommendations based on residents’ individual needs.
- Work closely with nursing and other members of the healthcare team.
- Participate in resident care planning and interdisciplinary meetings.
- Provide nutrition education to residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Help ensure residents receive appropriate and individualized nutritional care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field
Massachusetts RD/RDN license
At least 6 months of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Strong clinical nutrition knowledge
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach
