Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Bilingual A Plus!

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning , remote or in-person clinical supervision , parent training , assessments and team meetings . Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across Arizona, Georgia and North Carolina , providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

Compensation

$90.00 - $110.00 per hour contingent on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies .

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) .
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field .
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills , with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
• Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.

Bilingual A Plus!

• Must have Arizona LBA or be in process to obtain Arizone LBA!
