Location: Somerset, NJ 08873
Schedule: Multiple cases available, primarily during afternoon and after-school hours
Pay: $20–$25 per hour
Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is seeking compassionate and dependable Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in their homes and communities throughout Somerset County.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Support clients with communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Collect and accurately record session data
- Communicate professionally with families and clinical supervisors
Qualifications
- Experience working with children is preferred
- ABA or autism-related experience is a plus
- RBT certification is preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients’ homes
- Availability during afternoon and after-school hours
- A reliable device for collecting session data
