Position Overview

Acclimate ABA is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy to clients and support their communication, learning, and developmental goals.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and comfortable communicating with Spanish-speaking clients and families. You will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans, track client progress, and provide quality care in home, school, or community-based settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Communicate effectively in Spanish with clients and families, as appropriate to the treatment plan and role.
• Support the development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect and accurately record session data to monitor client progress.
• Complete timely and detailed session notes documenting treatment activities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, colleagues, and caregivers to support client goals.
• Follow clinical protocols, ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and safety procedures.
• Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion, patience, reliability, and a genuine interest in supporting individuals with autism and developmental challenges.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned client locations.
• Ability to work under BCBA supervision and follow individualized treatment plans.
